About Trish Hegarty
Ex-BBC and Irish Times journalist, Trish Hegarty, is the founder and director of the results-driven PR agency, Inis Communications. She created the award-winning #LoveDonegal Day campaign, which reached global audiences of over 33.5 million. In 2023, Trish launched an online PR Toolkit– Inis expertise – which is the first of its kind and aims to revolutionise access to PR for SMEs.
She is celebrating 20 years in business this year, working with small businesses, professional practices, public bodies, national organisations, charities and social enterprises of all kinds including: Fáilte Ireland, Údarás na Gaeltachta, Irish Lights, B&B Ireland, Foyle Port, the Irish Fish Producers Organisation, CARI, and Spraoi agus Spórt.
