Meet the Panel:
Sylvester Clancy - Executive Director Sylvester Clancy is the site lead of FinTrU Ireland. Based at FinTrU’s Letterkenny office, he also has responsibility for a number of strategic client engagements.
Sylvester has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. During this time, he has led global teams, delivering operational excellence across Information Technology, Compliance, and Cyber Security sectors.
Prior to joining FinTrU, Sylvester was Vice President of Information Security for a global Fortune 500 company.
He is a graduate from Atlantic Technological University (ATU) (Batchelor of Science in Applied Computing) and University of Galway (Master of Business Administration).
Tanya Russell is responsible for the development of compelling bid proposals showcasing Boyle Construction's technical expertise as well as resonating with the client's needs and expectations, leading out on Boyle Construction's deep and demonstrable commitment to delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
Tanya is the point of contact for recruiting and nurturing the talent on behalf of Boyle Construction, a company at the forefront of the construction industry, with a strong reputation as an employer of choice, reflective of their focus on retention, and development of career growth opportunities.

Conall Dunne - Conall Dunne is the owner of a local Chartered Accountancy Practice and he also has established a Customs Clearance Agency in Letterkenny providing customs clearance services to customers in the UK and Ireland. The businesses have grown since inception and plan to go beyond 20 employees in 2024.
