Our menus offer seasonal local food with a modern twist. We pride ourselves on just how fresh, and local, our food is - and sourced by ourselves from our own vegetables and herb gardens and all grown organically.
Our fish is bought directly from the piers at Killybegs and Greencastle, our oysters straight from Mulroy Bay, crab and lobsters landed at Ballyheerin Pier at Fanad Head, Our salmon farmed and smoked in Killybegs, our beef and pork sourced from the Finn Valley and over the border along with our poultry products which also originate from Co.Monaghan.
