My Little Home is a housing news, information and analysis website. We advocate for the Government to get involved in building houses directly so as to complement private development – by strategically using the 14Billion Apple Tax portion of its National Development Plan.
We believe this would help to ensure that Ireland has a balanced, resilient housing system that consistently increases housing supply while allowing Government, local authorities, AHBs, private developers, contractors and SME builders to contribute where they are most effective.
We also hope to make Ireland’s housing debate easy to understand for ordinary people, while we explore practical, evidence-based ways to increase housing supply. We do our work by providing simplified, reliable, and unique insights on the housing crisis & related policies – all in one place, for FREE.
