McFadden's is a thriving business that has been delivering excellent health care in Donegal for over 30 years with two Pharmacy outlets, one in the Letterkenny Shopping Centre and one on the Oldtown Road.

We also stock Clarins, La Roche Posay, Vichy and Avene skincare brands, as well as a large selection of perfumes and cosmetics from L'Oreal Paris, NYX, Rimmel, Maybelline, Catrice, Essence, NYC and Elizabeth Arden.

Our aim is to provide a safe, professional and respectful service which also gives great value for money. our pharmacists and pharmacy team members are available daily to give advise on medicines, skincare and anything pharmacy related.
