Ipsum Consulting Engineers was formed by Stephen Kelly & Paul Wilkinson in 2018 after successfully running the Irish offices for an International Blue Chip Service Consultancy Provider. With each director having gained over 20 years experience in MEP design and consultancy in Ireland and the UK, Stephen & Paul are well equipped to look after client's specific needs in ensuring they receive the best advice and solutions to their project needs.
