About Us

Honeypot was founded by Chef Dee Stanislavov in 2016. Since opening the business has won awards at national and local level, including The Food Awards Ireland- Café/Bistro of the year (Borders), JCI Friendly Business Awards and the Irish Independent Retail Awards- Café of the year. Our mission is to provide quality food, excellent customer service, complemented with value for money. Our in house speciality coffee is roasted by award winning Ristretto. However, we are much more than our run of the mill coffee house. Honeypot is part of the community catering for all age groups, from children to senior citizens.

Our traditional Irish breakfast, Eggs Benedict, Eggs Royale, and Eggs Florentine are exceptionally popular with all age groups, all being cooked fresh to order. Our lunch menu is varied from Salads, Burgers, Pasta, Gourmet Sandwiches, again cooked to order. Our Sweet and Savoury Buttermilk Pancakes Stacks are made fresh and are second to none in the North West Region.
