About Us
Cairde Le Cheile is situated in St. Conal’s Hospital Campus on the edge of Letterkenny Town Park. The organisation was born out of Special Olympics in 2003 in order to provide permanent services for people with disability in County Donegal.
The mission of Cairde Le Cheile is to provide sporting, social and employment opportunities for people with disabilities, young people and senior citizens in Co. Donegal.
Cairde Le Cheile aim to create a hub for disability groups in the area, which will provide facilities for social, recreational, educational, and other leisure time facilities, for the benefit of people with disabilities. Thus encouraging, promoting and providing employment possibilities for people with disabilities.
